DMCA / Copyright Policy
Raelan respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains how to report infringing content and how to submit a counter-notice.
1. Reporting infringing content
If you believe content on Raelan (including community posts, whiteboards, uploaded media, or messages) infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (e.g., a link, coach/community name, or screenshot).
- Your contact information — name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Designated agent
Notices should be sent to our designated DMCA agent:
Raelan LLC
Attn: DMCA Agent
Email: [email protected]
3. Our process
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the user who posted it, and provide that user with a copy of the notice. Repeat infringers are subject to account termination.
4. Counter-notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the address above that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Raelan may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
